Early Life

Whitley grew up on a four generation cattle ranch in western South Dakota. She grew up in the rodeo scene and has been competing since she was a little girl. Her rodeo and ranching background cultivated her values and appreciation for the western industry. Throughout childhood, and in her current rodeo endeavors, nutrition for her equine athletes and livestock has always been an everyday priority to maximize their health and performance.

Learning The Ropes

Whitley earned an associate of science degree in animal science, agriculture communication, and agriculture from Casper College in Wyoming. She then completed her undergraduate studies at Chadron State College in Nebraska, where she focused on journalism, earning a bachelor's degree in communications.

She has worked as an intern for The Cowboy Channel at the National Finals Rodeo and ESPN for the College National Finals Rodeo. While working for The Cowboy Channel during the National Finals Rodeo, she ran into Robo Hendrickson, co-founder of FullBucket and family friend. He shared the FullBucket team’s goals and morals that guide their Giving Program, and after this discussion, I knew this was a company I wanted to be a part of as Brand Ambassador Manager.

Doing Good

I love working with each ambassador and witnessing their equestrian athletes succeed and thrive on the FullBucket products. The FullBucket team has been like a family to me from the very beginning; It is inspiring to see how passionately each member cares for every customer and animal in all parts of the world.
