Equine Probiotic Granules

My horse has been on antibiotic therapy for 2.5 months now with no loose stools so I will take that as it's doing it's job. He does not like the taste, so we mix it in molasses and syringe it in his mouth. I'd give it 5 stars if it was palatable.

Happy to have found a product comparable in ingredients but much less expensive than Platinum Performance’s Gastric Support. Veterinary and Osteopath recommended and now the entire barn is on it. I do wish it would come in a recyclable bag and not a bag within a plastic container. I’m on a monthly subscription so I don’t need containers each time and it’s wasteful.

This is Bow he is 14 now pictured with his sister Sunday the cow I rescued at 2 days old. I got him four years ago happy and healthy. Things started to change after a year and half. He didn't winter well the second winter with me.His coat was brittle, dingy, and course, he lost weight and became lethargic. Boy oh boy was his tummy not happy either. It is amazing how well it works!! I got the big bucket and started giving it to him. Bow had always had pretty loose stools, but it had gotten worse. I feed out a grass alfalfa mix hay and if there was the slightest difference in the ratios which there often was, wow no fun for him. ! After a few days with low doses to get him used to the taste, I saw a difference. Within a couple weeks he had normal stools. It was awesome! His coat got even better and his weight gain was on track as well. I kept him on three scoops a day and when I got braver, I backed him down to two scoops and eventually one. He is doing awesome with one scoop. When I worm him I go back to 2 scoops and when transitioning back to pasture in the spring I bump him up as well. He does amazing on this product. this horse rocky has always had loose stools. but this fall he developed FWS. so I put him on full bucket probiotics and redmond daily gold. cleared him right up! Ive tried many probiotics for various reasons and this one really does the job.

I have a 33 year old mare who has had Cushings for well over a decade and is missing 10 teeth. I have two 26 year old geldings. My mare had struggled with colitis for YEARS and we spent thousands of dollars in vet care and various medicines to correct it. At least 6 months out of every year I was washing her back end 2-3 times a day, despite fierce attention to her diet and care. My horse does not like the taste. Have to mix it and only use 1/2- 3/4 of the scoop so he eats it. But seems good on his gut health.

My older mare had very watery manure where she was wet all the way down to her hooves. Horrible mess and the high temp one day was -9! She had poopcicles in her tail and between her legs. This was after I had cleaned her up after the first round where after giving her Bio-sponge and ProBios she was doing better. Vet said they were having trouble getting the BioSponge so I started researching on-line and found your site. Decided to try the granules. She wouldn’t touch them at first, even when I just added a pinch to her Enrich. She really likes camelina oil so I topped her feed off with that and I can get a whole scoop in each feeding! So far she is staying pretty dry. I hope this will work long term. Seeimg your offer for pictures I wish I had taken some! It was just too awful.

Equine Probiotic Granules I really like the product for the health of my horse. She was put on this product after three bouts of colic in one year. It was found that she has ulcers. We were all surprised because she has been a retired show horse for 3 years and is on grass 24/7 with the best of feeds. It was determined that she would need a probiotic to get her flora into better position and it seems to be working very well. I would have given it 5 stars except my horse hates the taste which means I have to give it to her with a syringe via mouth. Any thought of different flavors?

Really effective but my horse didnâ€:tm:t like the taste of the granules I was really impressed at how quickly these probiotics helped my 23 year old horse. He gets diarrhea from time to time and within a week the diarrhea stopped and his stools looked normal. The downside was he wouldnâ€:tm:t touch his food due to the taste. However, I switched to the pellet version which he loves and eats without issue.

Good Product, very palatable I have a semi-picky horse and she doesn't mind this at all. She also seems to be doing well on this for her 1st go round. My vet suggested it due to some hind-gut sensitivity issues and that seemed to be better after just a week on the product. Overall, I'm going to be using this on and off as my horse needs it for a high stress barn where there is a lot of in and out traffic. So thanks for making this so easy to purchase!

the best probiotics we have found I was advised 5 years ago by a surgeon at University of Florida to use Full Bucket.......my 22 year old mare had been operated on by Dr Andrew Smith and he removed 27 feet of her intestine.....since he was such an amazingly talented man... my girl was out grazing 6 hours later... Probiotic granules This was recommended by my vet as a possible solution to hives. Also, my horse is ulcer prone. The hives have been at bay. The ulcers also seem to be gone as he is not displaying agitation, winter will tell for sure as it is the worst. I have been very happy with the results of the product.

Great product well worth the money! I have a horse that gets bloated easy and is also cribbing (which he started wile out on pasture as a young horse). I have tried many products but we have seen the very best results with this formula and has managed to reduce cribbing and make this now 8 year old horse look better then ever! Awesome product I purchased the EQUINE PROBIOTIC GRANULES (VETERINARY STRENGTH) a couple of months ago after my elder gelding had a sever impaction. He's never had an issue with impactions and typically would go the other way in that regard. He's also always been a pretty easy keeper. As he's gotten older that has changed quite a bit. He was in so much pain from the impaction we really thought that might be the end of the road for him, before we knew what it was. We're doing everything right: his teeth are floated, he get's senior feed 3-4x a day and de-stemed alfalfa and pasture. He has plenty of fresh water and mineral blocks.. but that wasn't enough to keep him health in the Texas heat. Since he's been on EQUINE PROBIOTIC GRANULES (VETERINARY STRENGTH) he's been comfortable happy, regular (even in the extreme heat of TX!) and keeping on weight. SO WORTH IT!!!

I sing your praises I just wanted to tell you how wonderful my horse responded to your probiotics. Your product was recommended by my vet when my horse started to have gas colic every 10 days to 2 weeks as we were transitioning from winter to spring. After getting on your program he stopped colicing and put on weight and seems truly happy. At present, I am weaning him off the probiotics since our grass is coming in and spring is in full swing. But, I will start him again next February for a couple months just to make sure we don't have to deal with colic again. I sing your praises.

IT'S ABOUT TIME! Just an update, I finally have my horse up to one full scoop once a day for about two weeks now, thanks to applesauce, and I am starting to notice some very good signs... Less and less dripping poop on his tail, legs and butt! I haven't had to clean his butt for many days now! He still gets loose out on rides with new places and horses, but it clears up quicker once he is home or gets more adjusted. I noticed his poop, although not in perfect ball form, is not nearly as wet and heavy as before too, and haven't seen a cow pie at home for the longest time so far. So after two and a half years trying different products, it appears we are on to something that is showing the best result we have ever seen so far! I'm so excited!

Best Probiotic on the market My horse has been colicing for the last 9 years, recently after getting impaction for 1st time, he completely stopped eating hay, and when he did eat a few mouthfuls, he got colicky. After 4 days of a little bit of Full Bucket probiotics he started eating hay, after 8 days hes eating 3 pads of hay a day and not colicing.
