Matt Martin-Hall

Early Life

Matt’s love for horses and giving back has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. Growing up, his mom was raised in Norco, California, also known as “Horsetown USA,” where her family always had horses. While Matt grew up just north of there in a more urban area, the equestrian world eventually caught his attention. These days, he spends a lot of his free time riding with his family and reconnecting with those roots.

His path to volunteer work started at a local therapeutic riding center, where he helped care the horses serving in the program. Seeing firsthand how much this work helped both the horses and the people around them inspired Matt to make it his life’s mission to leave the world better than he found it.

Learning The Ropes

With a background in technology and communication, Matt has carved out a career as a communicator who’s passionate about making a difference. He’s built a solid foundation in areas like omnichannel marketing, data analysis, digital media production, CRM management, and e-learning development—skills that have helped him support growth and build strong relationships for organizations.

Before his current role, Matt worked in digital marketing for several companies, helping them create solid strategies and grow. Throughout his career, his focus has always been on using technology for good.

Doing Good

Volunteering has been a big part of Matt’s life. Inspired by his time in the equine-assisted services program, he’s spent decades giving his time to various educational and mentorship organizations. For him, making a real difference in the lives of people and animals far outweighs receiving recognition.

As a key member of the FullBucket marketing team, Matt focus is applying his digital marketing skills to drive sustainable growth, so that FullBucket can continue to give back. What really excites him is the company’s focus on equine welfare and community service, which aligns perfectly with his own values.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the important work we’re doing. It resonates with me personally and allows me to give back to a community that has given me so much. Additionally, GO RAMS!”
