Rob grew up in the Texas Hill Country and developed a love for horses during his childhood years. His family spent a year abroad, living in Edinburgh, Scotland while he was 11 years old. During this period his family traveled Europe extensively while he was enrolled in a local school system. Keith Latson, DVM, DACVS

Keith was born at Fort Hood, Texas, the son of a career military officer and healthcare educator. He spent his childhood moving every 2-3 years from one corner of the United States to another, with a few years of European and Hawaiian living scattered in. Keith traveled, hiked, camped and snow-skid extensively throughout the US and Germany while growing up and still pursues the same passions with his wife and son... Learn how Keith is Doing Good. »

Robo Hendrickson

Robo grew up on a family cattle ranch in western South Dakota where they raised both cattle and registered Quarter horses. Rob’s father, Dr. Dale Hendrickson, DVM had a mixed animal practice and Robo’s first job was cleaning stalls, floating horse's teeth, prepping castrations and wrestling whatever animals needed wrastlin'... Learn how Robo is Doing Good. »

Julianna Zimmerman

Customer Experience & Affiliate Relations

Julianna joined the FullBucket team in 2014 as the self proclaimed "Happiness Inspirer." If you sell our products or are a vendor, she is your go-to girl.

She was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Hollin's University in Roanoke, VA.

Julianna spent several years perfecting her sales and customer service abilities in big name hotels from New York City to Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. FullBucket has brought her back to life from a professional standpoint; finally "working" in a job that has purpose! She simply loves the fact that she can play an important role in helping animals and helping the people that love them.

Julianna, her husband Corey, their son Cole and 2 dogs live in Florida. When they are not helping others, they are at the beach or in the SWAMP cheering on the University of Florida fighting Gators.  Learn how Julianna is Doing Good. »

Hilary Holsteen

Customer Happiness & Operations

Hilary's passion for horses all began at the age of seven when she took her first riding lesson. Since then she has turned her love for horses and passion for helping people into a life long career by founding an equine assisted therapy program and proudly wears her title as "Customer Happiness Guarantor" at FullBucket Health for the past 2 years. She enjoys her "Do Good" role in the development of FullBucket's Domestic Giving Program and excited to watch this amazing program continue to grow! Hilary and her family happily reside in the foothills of North Georgia.
