My pup had terrible itchies. Vet put her on Apoquel at 4 months, which I learned is not recommended for puppies due to immune system supression. Guess sick dogs mean lots of vet visits. Our pup is totally not food focused. As a matter a fact, he is the total opposite and a very picky eater. We finally matched him up with some great quality raw food but there were still days he would not eat at all so we wanted to try giving him some pre & probiotics. Having used Full Bucket supplements for our horses , per recommendation of our vet, this was the first product we wanted to try. Angus has been on the daily dog since ?December. I wanted to try the formula based on the recommnedation from The Big dog Mom (2 mastiffs) and listening to the you tube videos produced by Full bucket. I have opened the second large jar now into Spring. I have been watching his scratching habits throughout the winter- and he has left his ears alone. Of recent he started to get itchy- general body scratching, and today being very warm, I gave him a thorough outdoor bath. After the bath, I had a look in his ears. I have never seen them look so clean with a natural skin color- no redness or irritation. It must be the daily dog. Heading into warmer more humid conditions will be a proving ground for the daily dog with this boys ears.

Started my little 10 year old shitzu mix on this probiotic 2 years ago and she’s thriving as a result. She had tummy issues for years, upset tummy, vomiting bile almost daily, unable to gain weight.

This is Parto, she is a mixed breed village dog rescue. I adopted her 6 years ago at the age of 5 years old. She has had the most sensitive stomach and chronic diarrhea since the beginning. I’ve done everything- raw diets, cooked diets, commercial foods, DIY, dry food, blending everything to mimic baby food for easier digestion (I did this for 3 months at one time after severe case of HGE), supplements, expensive enzymes I could only get from my vet, medications, blood work, fecal analysis and hundreds spent at vet visits with no true improvement. Fullbucket is the first product I’ve used with consistently good results. I started with the emergency clay paste which works to resolve chronic or acute diarrhea (with or without blood!) in less than 12 hours - this is faster than the vet prescribed Metronidazole antibiotics that do more harm than good anyway! Since she is a large breed, the clay paste is not feasible to continue as a daily supplement so I looked to this powdered probiotic for daily long term use. This powdered version works just as well, if not better. Don’t waste your time, money and sanity on anything else. If your dog is just plain sensitive, or suffers from IBD, IBS, pancreatic insufficiency, poor weight (skinny or malabsorption), vomiting, or HGE/ulcerative colitis then GET THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT WORKS!!!! My dog HATES the smell. I have tried mixing it in food and he would rather starve than eat it. Only way possible is to mix it with baked fish and that is a royal pain. Product is excellent it’s 5 stars but I gave a 4 because it needs to be offered in a capsule form. My dog is 4 pounds Pomeranian that’s 3 years old, probably needs to be on the rest of his life. It’s getting old fast how to get him to eat a half a scoop twice a day.

So far, my dog’s scratching episodes have stopped.
Also he had ear infections which caused head shaking. He was on one occasion shaking so hard, one of his ears developed a blood clot in the soft tissues. I would treat with vet prescribed ear cleaners. Since putting him on the daily dog, all of these issues have resolved. He sleeps better at night and no scratching at 4:00 am. I haven’t had such a good response from other products, and I believe these vets are on to something good for all of our pets.

I have 2 Biewer Terriers, mother and daughter. Biewers are directly from Yorkshire Terriers that carry a Recessive Piebald gene. (Originally from Gertrude Biewer, Germany. Breeder of Yorkies.)
